Leitrim Development Company is aware of the financial challenges that groups are facing from the prolonged Covid-19 restrictions.
During this time social enterprises are having to dig deep to survive and find new ways of providing vital services.
The Development Company wants to support you with an opportunity to discuss your challenges and ambitions and get training and support for a way forward.
To support you we have organised two training sessions on ‘’Strategic and financial planning, adapting your business model and exploring new sources of income”.
The sessions will be followed with one to one mentoring for participating groups.
The training sessions will be delivered on zoom and the mentoring will be a blend of onsite (Covid determined) and online supports.
The supports will be delivered by Liam Scollan.
The online sessions are on 4th & 11th November at 10am (maximum 2 hrs).
